Monday – June 2, 2025 WARM-UP

2 PM – Welcome, Introduction of the faculty and organizational information

Warm-up session - This interactive session will help participants get to know each other through warm-up activities and collaborative exercises. It will create a welcoming atmosphere, foster connections, and set the stage for productive collaboration throughout the staff week. Whether you are new to international exchanges or an experienced educator, this workshop will provide a dynamic and inclusive start to the staff week experience.

6 PM - Evening Reception

Tuesday – June 3, 2025 - AI, DIGITAL GENERATION

9 - 11 AM – Workshop on the use of AI in education, administration, AI use ethics and how we deal with the use of AI with Jan Válek, PhD.

Lunchbreak

1 - 3:30 PM - Wellbeing with gen-Z - theory and practical examples from schools with Martina Kurowski, PhD.

The digital world offers both exciting opportunities and significant challenges that can impact mental health and well-being. In this workshop, we will focus on building resilience in both Generation Z and educators, addressing key strategies for managing digital stress. Participants will explore effective approaches for engaging with this hyper-connected generation, drawing on current research and shared experiences to foster well-being and navigate the pressures of the rapidly evolving digital world.

Wednesday – June 4, 2025 VISIT TO A PRIMARY SCHOOL, TEACHER PRACTICE

Morning – Visit to a primary school, alternatively job shadowing for non-academics

1 - 3 PM – The system of Faculty Schools and future teacher practice – best practices and their exchange with the Vice-Dean, Petra Vystrčilová, PhD.

Thursday – June 5, 2025 Gen-Z, E-LEARNING TOOLS, AFTERNOON TRIP

9 - 10:30 AM – How to engage the gen-Z,

11 AM  - 1 PM Creating e-learning material in the AV studio
