2 PM – Welcome, Introduction of the faculty and organizational information (classroom 24; Faculty of Education Masaryk University, Poříčí 31, Brno 60200)

2:30PM - Warm-up session - This interactive session will help participants get to know each other through warm-up activities and collaborative exercises. It will create a welcoming atmosphere, foster connections, and set the stage for productive collaboration throughout the staff week. Whether you are new to international exchanges or an experienced educator, this workshop will provide a dynamic and inclusive start to the staff week experience.

6 PM Visit to 10-Z Bunker
Brno’s most secret communist-era hide-out for the select few politicians from leading Communist Party. Originally an anti-aircraft shelter, built below Špilberk to withstand allied bombardment in WWII, the site was refurbished as an atomic bomb shelter in 1959. It was designed to hold up to five hundred people for three days.
