2 PM – Welcome, Introduction of the faculty and organizational information (classroom 24; Faculty of Education Masaryk University, Poříčí 31, Brno 60200)

2:30PM - Warm-up session - This interactive session will help participants get to know each other through warm-up activities and collaborative exercises. It will create a welcoming atmosphere, foster connections, and set the stage for productive collaboration throughout the staff week. Whether you are new to international exchanges or an experienced educator, this workshop will provide a dynamic and inclusive start to the staff week experience.

6 PM - Evening Reception

9 - 11 AM – Workshop on the use of AI in education, administration, AI use ethics and how we deal with the use of AI with Jan Válek, PhD. (classroom 72, Faculty of Education Masaryk University, Poříčí 31, Brno)

1 - 3:30 PM - Wellbeing with gen-Z - theory and practical examples from schools with Martina Kurowski, PhD., Gabriela Šimková and Marek Matouš Bula

8:15 - 11:40 – Visit to Rašínova primary school, alternatively job shadowing for non-academics

12AM - 1PM - lunch

1 - 3 PM – The system of Faculty Schools and future teacher practice – best practices and their exchange with the Vice-Dean, Petra Vystrčilová, PhD.

9 AM - 1 PM  – How to engage the gen-Z and create podcast/social site post in the AV studio
