The daily programme of the 2026 Staff Week is still being fine-tuned.
There will be seminars on:
- Classroom Visit at a Primary School - A unique opportunity to experience Czech primary education first-hand and reflect on communication between teachers and pupils.
- Nonviolent Communication - Strategies for empathetic and constructive dialogue in academic environment.
- Dealing with Haters and Negative Feedback - Practical tips for professional handling online and offline criticism with resilience.
- Wellbeing for International Students & Teaching Non-native Speakers - Workshop combining our input and participants’ contributions, focusing on how to support international student wellbeing and adapt teaching for diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Storytelling in Education and Mobility Promotion – How stories can inspire students, strengthen mobility presentations, and enhance teaching practices to grasp the attention of Generation Z.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON MONDAY?
We will meet at 1PM.
There will be brief introduction of the staff week programme and the organisers. We will show you the Faculty of Education and what we do.
You will have time to drop your bags at your accommondation and prepare for the first networking dinner on Monday evening.
NOTE: The Staff Week will be held in English, and participants should have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
